One request goes to one qualified provider at a time. We follow up to check whether contact happened. If it did not, we use the next qualified provider.

    We make sure the property is in the service area, the need fits septic work, and the contact details work.

    We check the provider’s service area and basic qualifications. Your request is not blasted to a list of companies.

    We check whether contact happened. If it did not, we send your request to the next qualified provider, still one at a time.

You may ask about credentials, scope, permits, price, timing, payment, and written terms before proceeding. You may decline the provider or proposal. Gainesville Septic Guide does not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee the work.
