Contact preferences
A service request and a guide download are separate purposes. Neither silently authorizes unrelated marketing or creates an appointment.
Current contact method
The service form requests a phone number so one qualified independent provider can call you about the stated septic need. Email is optional. The separate SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked; leaving it unchecked does not block the request.
SMS choice
Checking the SMS box authorizes Gainesville Septic Guide and one matched independent provider to text about that submitted request only. It does not authorize unrelated marketing. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop.
Guide-download choice
Entering an email on the homeowner-guide form authorizes immediate browser access to that PDF only. It does not authorize a guide-delivery email, a service-request follow-up, SMS, or monthly homeowner messages. The current guide form does not offer a monthly-email checkbox.
Stop or change contact
Tell the provider directly if you no longer want contact about the request. You can also use this page to review what each choice allows.
Submitting another request
Do not submit repeated forms for the same property, phone number, and septic need within 60 days. A recent duplicate is not treated as a new qualified inquiry.
Consumer choice
You are not required to hire a matched provider. You may ask questions, request a written proposal, compare other providers, decline the match, or stop the conversation.
Analytics choice
Optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity measurement is separate from provider contact, guide access, email, and SMS. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to accept, decline, or revisit that choice. A browser privacy signal keeps analytics off.
